Code is valid for one computer only. If you wish to use the software on more than one computer at a time, you will need to purchase separate licenses. Multi-Ops: We sell additional licenses for half price - please contact us for details. When you receive your code, the sale is final. Note: You are able to keep Rockit Pro DJ installed on a backup or practice computer for your use only, provided you (or someone else) are not using both at the same time.
Upgrade Policy Free upgrades for one year from date of purchase! If you are beyond that year, you are entitled to a half priced upgrade option - you must supply your original registration code and registration name to be eligible, and it must match up with our sales database. You will then be entitled to another year of free upgrades. Upgrades are processed manually, so if it is not done during our normal business hours, the order will be processed the first thing the next business day.
Privacy Policy: Ours is simple. We do not use web Cookies. We do not give or sell any information about our customers. We do not receive any credit card information. We treat our customers the way we would like to be treated.
Disclaimer: Once a registration code has been sent, we cannot refund a purchase. There is no time limit to review the software before it is purchased and registered.
