How to Register Our Products

The products are simple and easy to register. There are two methods: PayPal using a credit card, or sending a check or money order for the amount in US dollars.

Using PayPal is the fastest and easiest way. You will receive your code on the same or next business day. It's secure, and the only information we receive is your name, address and email.
Using a money order, you will get your code as soon as we receive the money order. Personal or business checks will require them clearing before the code is sent. Click here for the order form.
Overseas orders using PayPal must provide a Confirmed address to PayPal. Preferably all purchasers should have a Confirmed PayPal address, and we may in fact make that mandatory due to CC fraud.

Codes are sent via the email address you provide, unless you specify otherwise. The codes are generated by our staff for each order, and not an automated routine - upon our receipt of your order confirmation from PayPal, you will generally have your code email within the hour during our business hours (8am-6pm ET) seven days a week. Orders after our business hours will be processed promptly the following morning and sent immediately.

Code is valid for one computer only. If you wish to use the software on more than one computer at a time, you will need to purchase separate licenses. When you receive your code, the sale is final.

Setting your new Registration Unlock Code:

RockIt 2000 v3.0: Version 3.0 and beyond contain Anti-Piracy Measures. You will receive unlock instructions along with your registration code when you purchase the software.

RockBox V2: Once in the program, choose Register from the Library->Help menu and follow the same instructions above.
